Last two projects
In 2022 September joined RAA New York team as a 2D Graphic Designer freelance developing the entire Graphics Section for Jeddah Central Oceanarium and Coral Farm, a new landmark focusing on the unique environment, flora, fauna and habitat of the Red Sea. While working along with 3D designers and architects on their ever shifting flat plans, 2D focus also was on all visual assets: graphic labels from gallery titles to object labels, typography, large scale visual graphic and/or sculptural walls, colour palette and materials, besides the visualisations of spaces or digital imagery in situ.
In 2021 (after Corona calmed down) joined RAA New York team as a 2D Lead Designer (freelance) working from 25% stage all the way until 100% of the Concept Design stage for the permanent Natural History Museum exhibition – responsibilities included: conceptualising and visualising the core of the design essence, overall gallery colour palette, infographics, illustration, typeface, object labels, considering tertiary spaces, visualising and story-boarding for a range of media, interactive or ambient walls or panels; compiling weekly presentations and designing publications for print; working closely with the content, curatorial and client teams, attending weekly internal and clients meetings, all remotely.
